Cashier/Customer Service

Role Overview:

The Cashier will be responsible for handling all billing and cash operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and providing excellent customer service at the point of sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Operate POS systems and issue receipts/bills to customers.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily sales reports.
• Assist in order-taking and coordinate with Baristas/Service staff for smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, resolving billing queries if any.
• Follow company policies, financial controls, and cash handling guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier in Café/Restaurant/Retail (freshers with good numerical skills may also apply).
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
