Cashier/Customer Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Accurately handle billing, payments, and receipts (cash, card, and digital transactions).
• Maintain the point-of-sale (POS) system, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily operations.
• Manage cash register balances, perform end-of-day reconciliations, and ensure all records are correct.
• Assist with order-taking, packaging, and coordinating takeaway/delivery orders when needed.
• Provide information about products, promotions, and assist with customer queries.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the counter and front-of-house area.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cashier or in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with a polite, customer-first approach.
• Familiarity with POS systems and digital payment platforms is an added advantage.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude are essential.
