Ltd., Industrial Area Phase I, Chandigarh 🕒 Timing: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM 📅 Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office 🎓 Education: 12th Pass or Graduate 📋 Experience: Minimum 1 year in cashier or coordination role 🗣️ Languages: Basic English & Hindi (Punjabi is a plus) 💸 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month (Fixed) 🛠️ Key Responsibilities💰 Cash Handling & BillingManage daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records Prepare client bills and coordinate with accounts team Ensure timely deposit of cash and cheques 📞 Client CoordinationCommunicate with clients regarding job status, billing, and delivery Maintain WhatsApp and call logs for follow-ups Resolve client queries related to signage and printing jobs 📋 Internal CoordinationLiaise with production and dispatch teams Track job sheets and update daily status in Google Sheets Support HR with attendance and leave updates 🧾 Documentation & ReportingMaintain petty cash records and expense logs Prepare daily sales and collection reports Organize files for audits and compliance ✅ Skills Required: Proficiency in Google Sheets & WhatsApp Business Basic accounting knowledge Strong communication and follow-up skills Attention to detail and discipline in record-keeping
