Job Description

Location: villiappally, vadakara

Greet customers and assist them with billing and payment.
Scan items, ensure correct pricing, and issue receipts or bills.
Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment modes responsibly.
Maintain accuracy in daily cash handling and balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.
Handle customer queries or complaints politely and efficiently.
Support other store operations when required.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.
Basic knowledge of computers or billing software.
Good communication and numerical skills.
Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
