Job Description

Process transactions: Accurately scan products, calculate total costs, and process payments via cash, credit card, or other methods.
Handle payments: Accept money, make change, and issue receipts or gift receipts.
Manage returns and exchanges: Process customer returns and exchanges according to store policy.
Maintain cash drawer: Count the cash in the register at the start and end of each shift to ensure it is balanced and reconcile the drawer against transaction receipts.
Greet customers: Welcome customers and provide a positive and friendly service experience.
Answer questions: Respond to customer inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies.
