Cashier cum Accounts Assistant

ob Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier Cum Accounts Executive to handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cash management, accounting entries, and financial documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day cash and bank transactions.
• Maintain petty cash and prepare daily cash reports.
• Record receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally ERP.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly.
• Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and invoices.
• Maintain and organize purchase bills, GST invoices, and vouchers.
• Support the accounts team during month-end and year-end closures.
• Coordinate with departments for billing and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with accounting policies.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
