We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cashier Cum Accountant to join our finance team and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle collection of fees from students and other related parties.
• Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and prepare daily cash reports.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely deposit of funds.
• Manage cashier-related tasks such as issuing receipts, vouchers, and payments.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as required.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and process payments efficiently.
• Perform other accounting and cashier-related duties as assigned within the education sector.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in cashier or accounting roles, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
