CASA Sales Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for selling products and services to customers, maintaining a daily sales report, and ensuring quality new acquisitions on saving accounts and current accounts. You will also be tasked with utilizing sales resources for optimal sales support, penetrating fixed deposits to unique customers, and selling various credit cards, third-party products, and asset products. Additionally, you will be required to call customers who have attrited over a certain value, ensure customers make your bank their primary choice, and manage a benchmark number of customers in your portfolio. It will be your responsibility to extend classic benefits to eligible customers, update CRM at every customer contact stage, and ensure all classic customers within the portfolio are contacted and updated in the system.
