Job Description

Primary Skill: CASA / GL
Secondary Skill: Accounting & Posting LogicRole OverviewAs a CASA Business Analyst, you will define and validate CASA and GL flows across core banking, lending, and trade platforms, ensuring accounting integrity and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities

Define CASA workflows and GL posting logic.
Validate accrual, reversal, and EOD/EOM processing.
Assess GBASE vs Flexcube responsibilities.
Define accounting ownership across systems.
Support fit-gap analysis for CASA/GL.
Validate data mapping and reconciliation rules.
Support integration validation with downstream systems.
Assist in UAT and reconciliation testing.
Prepare BRDs and functional specs.
Support cutover accounting readiness.
Engage with finance and operations teams.
Support multi-country rollout consistency.

Qualifications

10–15 years in CASA/GL and banking accounting.
Strong understanding of core banking postings.
Experience with Flexcube or equivalent.
