Role Summary: Manage and grow relationships with global voice carriers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective routing. Success in this role means maintaining strong partnerships, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless operations across telecom routes. Key Responsibilities: Source, onboard, and manage telecom carriers. Negotiate rates and agreements for CC and CLI traffic. Monitor route performance (ACD, ASR, PDD). Resolve service issues and disputes. Optimize costs and route quality. Coordinate with technical and billing teams. Qualifications: 3+ years in telecom or wholesale voice. Strong knowledge of VoIP, CC traffic, and interconnects. Skilled in negotiation and vendor management. Proficient in Excel and traffic analysis tools.
