The Carrier Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with telecom carriers, overseeing Voice and SMS services via VoIP platforms, and supporting business growth through effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of VoIP routing, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced telecom environment. Note: This role involves working in night shifts. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with global and domestic telecom carriers. Manage Voice and SMS (A2P/P2P) services using VoIP platforms and carrier routing systems. Handle day-to-day carrier communication, rate negotiations, and traffic monitoring. Onboard new carriers, validate commercial agreements, and ensure smooth interconnect operations. Coordinate with the sales team to support new business opportunities and revenue expansion. Monitor service quality, analyze traffic trends, and resolve routing or service-related issues. Ensure timely updates of rates, codes, and technical configurations. Maintain carrier records, documentation, and dashboards for performance tracking. Drive continuous improvement in carrier performance, service uptime, and profitability. Desired Candidate Profile 03 years of experience in VoIP, Carrier Management, SMS/Voice Routing, or Telecom Operations (preferred). Strong understanding of VoIP, wholesale voice, SMS routing, CLI/NCLI traffic, and interconnect operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze traffic trends, rates, and performance metrics. Proactive, target-driven, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of telecom tools/platforms (e.g., switch monitoring dashboards, SMS hubs, routing tools) is an added advantage.
