Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with parents and students through tele-calling and counseling sessions.
• Guide and enroll students into suitable online or offline learning programs based on their requirements.
• Achieve weekly enrollment targets and deliver assigned goals.
• Follow up on leads generated through calls and other promotional activities; ensure accurate record maintenance.
• Manage and update the student database efficiently.
• Convert assigned leads into confirmed enrollments through inbound, outbound, and follow-up calls.
• Collaborate with the team to maximize conversions and achieve overall sales objectives.
• Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships with students and parents.
• Utilize CRM software and other tools to monitor and enhance student engagement.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, social media tools, and email marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain the leads/prospects database.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic about achieving sales goals.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
• Quick learner with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
