Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Glass/Aluminium based Building materials.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the building materials industry, including architects, engineers, contractors, builders and developers.
  • Must have strong experience in Project Sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new product lines and promotions.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-11 years of Mandatory B2B sales or business development experience in glass/aluminum building materials.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural hardware, including glass and facade systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical professionals.
