Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage electrical projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians to design, install, test, and maintain high-voltage substations (220kV/400kV) and power distribution systems (132kV/33kV).
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for electrical infrastructure development projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or relevant discipline; Experience in Steel Plant is preferred.
10-15 years of experience in the field of Electrical Design Engineering or related discipline.
