What you’ll do:

• Engage with candidates to understand their goals and guide them through our training and placement programs

• Collaborate with the HR and admissions teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience

• Counsel and support nurses in making informed decisions about their career journeys abroad

• Develop strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills that will accelerate your professional growth

We’re looking for:

• Students or fresh graduates (preferably 2025 batch) who are proactive and people-oriented

• Strong communication skills - you enjoy meaningful conversations and helping others reach their goals

• Interest in HR, Inside Sales, or Career Counseling

• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference
