Career Development Associate / Art-tech Sales

As a Careers Development (Sales) Associate at Artfills, a fast-growing Art-tech startup dedicated to teaching Indian Art forms globally, you will play a crucial role in selling our products to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include engaging high-quality leads, establishing strong customer relationships, and closing deals effectively. The ideal candidate for this position will be a quick learner with excellent negotiating skills, capable of presenting our offerings in a compelling manner. We are urgently hiring Experienced Business Development Associates (BDA) from all streams. Candidates should possess fluency in spoken English, self-confidence, and a passion for sales. This role offers a competitive fixed package of 3.5-7.0 LPA, with additional sales incentives paid monthly upon achieving targets. You will also receive business development training and mentorship from senior leaders. Artfills promotes a non-hierarchical and high-growth work environment, with no employment bond required. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to surpass targets and drive sales growth. - Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies. - Provide continuous coaching and support to the Business Development team. - This role may involve Inside Sales with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm, operating 6 days a week with any weekday off. Qualifications: - 1-4 years of sales experience. - Job locations in Mumbai and Nashik. - Proficiency in verbal and written English communication. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Ability to establish and maintain client relationships. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
