Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counsellor, located in Noida. The Career Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance to students in career development, offering career counselling sessions, and assisting with overall career management strategies. The responsibilities also include facilitating the enrollment process, understanding students aspirations, and helping them align their career goals with appropriate academic programs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Career Counselling, Career Development, and Career Management.
• Proven ability in Student Counselling and guiding individuals through educational choices.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to connect with diverse groups of students.
• Empathy, patience, and a results-driven attitude are essential for success in this role.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with education systems and career opportunities in India and beyond is advantageous.
