We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our Lucknow office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a passion for education sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students. Key Responsibilities: Call, counsel, and convert leads into admissions for our online certification programs. Explain course details, career benefits, and placement opportunities to prospective students. Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets. Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Build rapport with students and provide career guidance where needed. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize conversions. Requirements: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream (freshers can also apply, experience preferred). Strong English communication skills (spoken & written). Prior experience in EdTech sales / tele-calling / counselling will be an added advantage. Persuasive, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality. Must have a laptop & an Android phone.
