We are hiring a results-driven Senior Counsellor - Inside Sales to join our high-performing sales team. This is a full-time, work-from-office position, where you will play a crucial role in converting leads into enrollments and supporting learners in choosing the right career-focused programs. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads via calls, emails, and digital platforms. Conduct career counselling sessions to help learners choose the right course based on their background and goals. Promote and sell certification programs in Data Science, AI/ML, Cloud, HR Analytics, Cyber Security , and more. Manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closing and post-enrollment coordination. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide daily activity reports. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding of students. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales , preferably in EdTech or training industry . Proven experience in selling online courses in any of the following: Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, AI/ML, HR Analytics, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security Strong communication, counselling, and persuasion skills. Confidence in handling high-value conversations and follow-ups. Goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. Comfortable with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
