Career Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential learners through calls, messages, and virtual meetings.
• Understand their educational background and career aspirations to suggest relevant programs.
• Counsel learners on career opportunities and how our courses can support their goals.
• Build strong relationships with prospective students to drive trust and conversions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the academic and marketing team to refine student engagement strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred background in Sales, Business, or Education).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or customer-facing roles (EdTech Course sales experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
