Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Career Counselor based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Career Counselor will engage with students to understand their career aspirations, provide guidance, and support their career development and decision-making process. Responsibilities include conducting career discussions, managing counseling sessions, and collaborating with educational institutions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to students.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience with Student Counseling and understanding of student needs
• Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passion for guiding students and helping them achieve their educational and career goals
• Ability to work both in-person and remotely in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a relevant field is preferred
