Responsibilities include conducting career counseling sessions, assessing student needs, developing career development plans, and providing advice on career options and opportunities. The role also involves maintaining records, collaborating with educational institutions, and staying updated on industry trends to better support students. Qualifications Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management Experience and skills in Student Counseling and guiding young individuals Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students Empathy, active listening, and the ability to provide tailored guidance Familiarity with education systems, job market trends, and career planning tools Prior experience as a Career Counselor or in a similar role is an added advantage
