Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Career Counselor. As a Career Counselor, you will guide individuals in identifying their career goals and provide personalized career action plans. Your responsibilities will include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, identifying skill development needs, offering career development strategies, and preparing candidates for interviews. You will work closely with students, fresh graduates, and seasoned professionals to help them excel in their career paths while ensuring adherence to the company’s commitment to guaranteed placements.

• Expertise in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Strong interpersonal skills in Student Counseling and tailored career guidance
• Exceptional Communication skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals
• Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities in dealing with individuals with varying career backgrounds
• Understanding of recruitment trends and hiring requirements in IT, Non-IT, Sales, and BPO sectors
• Relevant educational background in counseling, career development, or a related field; certifications in career counseling or coaching are a plus
