Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Guide students in identifying their skills, interests, strengths, and aspirations, and align them with suitable career options.
Assist students in understanding higher education options, entrance exams, and application processes.
Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, alumni, and employers to provide exposure and networking opportunities for students.
Stay updated on current job market trends, employment practices, and educational advancements.
Maintain accurate records and reports of student counselling sessions, progress, and follow-up activities.

Required Competencies:

Excellent communication, convincing, and coordination skills.
Professional, confident, and presentable demeanor.
Post Graduate (MBA Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience/Freshers are also welcomed
Both Male and Female candidates are preferred.
