Career Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential students via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat to understand their learning needs and career aspirations.
• Clearly explain various UG/PG program offerings, curriculum structure, learning outcomes, and career prospects in a student-friendly manner.
• Provide guidance on eligibility criteria, documentation and application steps.
• Track student progress throughout the inquiry-to-enrollment journey, ensuring consistent communication and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Work toward monthly enrollment targets while ensuring high levels of student satisfaction and quality guidance.
• Provide insights on student concerns, frequently asked questions, and market trends to help improve program offerings and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0.6–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, academic advising, customer service, or a related field (freshers welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening and empathy.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
