Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor, located in Borivali. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career counseling and student counseling services, assisting in career development and management, and communicating effectively with students and parents to guide them towards suitable careers. The role also includes providing support to develop career plans, connect with Schools, Corporates, and presenting insights based on the DMIT results.

Qualifications

• Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Experience in Student Counseling
• Strong Team handling skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with DMIT is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field
