Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, promoting ANDT's training and certification programs, and supporting recruitment and consultancy services in the NDT and related technical domains. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in industrial training and manpower solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote ANDT’s NDT, QA/QC, API, and other technical training programs to engineering students, colleges, and working professionals.
• Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, digital marketing follow-ups, and seminars.
• Conduct presentations and career seminars in engineering colleges and industrial zones.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions or client partnerships.
• Support the coordination of recruitment drives and manpower outsourcing services.
• Develop partnerships with industries and HR departments for placement support.
• Manage CRM tools and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and client interactions.
• Maintain relationships with past clients, alumni, and hiring managers for repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for local promotional campaigns and events.
• Achieve monthly targets for training admissions and client acquisition.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
• Knowledge of industrial training and manpower services (preferred)
• Basic digital marketing or CRM knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Engineering, Science, or Management)
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or education counseling
• Freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel may also apply

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed monthly salary based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,900.00 - ₹40,509.42 per month
