Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions with students to discuss academic and career aspirations.
  
• Guide students on subject selection, higher studies, competitive exams, and career pathways.
  
• Organize career guidance workshops, seminars, and university interaction sessions.
  
• Assist students with college applications, admissions, and scholarship information.
  
• Maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and industry professionals.
  
• Track students progress and maintain counselling records.
  
• Collaborate with the academic team and admission team to provide guidance to prospective parents and students.
  
• Stay updated on new courses, job market trends, and global educational opportunities.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or related field.
  
• Certification in Career Counselling or Student Guidance (preferred).
  
• 2 - 5 years of experience in career counselling, preferably in a school or educational institution.
  
• Strong understanding of both Indian and international higher education systems.
  

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and patience.
  
• Presentation and event coordination abilities.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital counselling platforms.
