Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and online chat to understand their academic background, career goals, and learning preferences.
Provide expert guidance on UG and PG programs aligned with the students interests and aspirations.
Deliver clear, comprehensive information about course structure, curriculum, schedules, tuition fees, and the overall enrollment process.
Support applicants through every step of the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry to enrollment.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of student interactions and status using CRM tools.
Drive conversions through timely follow-ups and consistent communication, aiming to meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Offer genuine and personalized counseling to help students choose the right program, fostering long-term trust and satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors or Masters degree in any stream
0-2 years of experience in admissions, student support, edtech sales, or customer-facing roles (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Ability to listen actively and adapt your conversation style to diverse learner profiles
