We are seeking an experienced and motivated Career Counselor to join our team in Bhubaneswar. As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding students and professionals in making informed career decisions, developing their skills, and achieving their career goals.

⭐️Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one career counseling to students and professionals, assessing their interests, skills, and aspirations to create personalized career plan

s.• Conduct group counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars on career development, resume building, interview skills, and job search strategie

s.• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders to facilitate career opportunities and industry insight

s.• Stay updated on industry trends, job market requirements, and career development opportunities to provide relevant guidanc

e.• Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate career development into the curriculum and student lif

e.• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, career development activities, and job placements

• BBA/MBA with HR specializati

on• Proven experience in career counseling, preferably in an educational setti

ng• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skill

s • Ability to work in a rotational shift (morning, afternoon, and evening shift

s)• Strong knowledge of career development theories, job market trends, and industry requirement

s.• Familiarity with career assessment tools and software
