Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Career Advisor to provide professional guidance and support to individuals seeking career development, job placement, or educational advancement. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor market trends, and a passion for helping others achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling & conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with students.
• Organize and conduct career workshops & seminars.
• Target Oriented
• Maintain data and records
• Build and maintain relationships with students and parents.
• Stay updated on market trends, employer needs, and new career development tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in career counseling or in sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess individual career development needs.
• Knowledge of labor market information and employment trends.
• Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
