Key Responsibilities: Calling & conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions with students. Organize and conduct career workshops & seminars. Target Oriented Maintain data and records Build and maintain relationships with students and parents. Stay updated on market trends, employer needs, and new career development tools. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Minimum of 1 years of experience in career counseling or in sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assess individual career development needs. Knowledge of labor market information and employment trends. Empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
