Job Description: As an Infoscion, your role involves delving into customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include: - Developing proposals by owning parts of the proposal document and providing inputs in solution design based on your expertise. - Planning configuration activities, configuring the product as per the design, conducting conference room pilots, and assisting in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. - Conducting solution/product demonstrations, POC (Proof of Technology) workshops, and preparing effort estimates to align with customer budgetary requirements and organization's financial guidelines. - Actively leading small projects and contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. You are also expected to possess the following technical requirements: - Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for clients to innovate, drive growth, and enhance business profitability. - Good knowledge of software configuration management systems. - Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends. - Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities. - Understanding of financial processes for different project types and pricing models. - Capability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and propose technology solutions. - Proficiency in at least one or two industry domains. - Client interfacing skills. - Project and team management skills.
