Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cardiac Care Trainer located in Nanded. The Cardiac Care Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs on cardiac care. Daily tasks will include preparing training materials, conducting theoretical and practical sessions, evaluating trainees' performance, and updating the curriculum based on the latest industry standards. The trainer will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that the training is comprehensive and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Cardiac care expertise and experience in clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of patient monitoring techniques and emergency response
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create and update educational materials and curriculums
• Capability to assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Certified Trainer in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Relevant academic qualifications in healthcare or a related field
