Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cardiac Care Trainer located in New Delhi. The Cardiac Care Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting training programs for healthcare professionals in cardiac care. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and evaluating trainee performance. The role also involves staying updated with the latest developments in cardiac care and incorporating them into the training curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cardiac Care, Clinical Training, and Healthcare Education
• Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials and sessions
• Strong knowledge of the latest developments and protocols in cardiac care
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate trainee performance effectively
• Relevant certifications in Cardiac Care training or a related field
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related healthcare field
