Car loan officer

You will be responsible for promoting and selling car loan products to individual customers and dealer networks. Building and maintaining strong relationships with car dealerships, showrooms, and DSA/agents will be crucial. It will be essential to evaluate customer needs and financial status to suggest suitable loan products. You will be required to collect and verify loan documents such as KYC, income proof, and vehicle quotation. Coordination with credit and risk teams for loan approval and disbursal will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with company policies, RBI regulations, and KYC norms is a key aspect of the role. Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets will be imperative, and you are expected to generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and digital outreach. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in car loan sales or retail lending is preferred. Strong knowledge of auto loan products, interest rates, and market trends is required. Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office and loan management software, with CRM tools being preferred, is necessary. You should be able to work independently, meet sales targets under pressure, and possess a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel locally.
