ob Title: Company cum Personal DriverDepartment: Administration / TransportReporting To: HR / Admin Department & Assigned Director / ManagerJob Summary:The Driver will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation services for both company-related duties and personal assignments of management. The role includes vehicle upkeep, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities:Official / Company Duties:Safely drive company officials, employees, and guests for meetings, site visits, and other business purposes. Ensure timely pickup and drop as per company schedule. Maintain the vehicle logbook (trip details, fuel records, maintenance, etc.). Keep the vehicle clean, serviced, and in roadworthy condition at all times. Ensure vehicle documents (insurance, PUC, registration, etc.) are updated. Follow company transport policies, traffic rules, and safety regulations. Coordinate with Admin for vehicle servicing, repair, and fuel management. Personal Duties:Drive family members or personal guests of the assigned superior as and when required. Assist with personal errands such as school drop/pickup, market visits, or outstation travel. Handle parcels, documents, and small deliveries securely. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal or family matters. Ensure courteous behavior, neat grooming, and punctuality at all times. Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education. Valid LMV/Transport Driving License. Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a company/personal driver. Familiar with Mumbai, Thane, and nearby routes (or relevant city). Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and emergency handling. Polite, disciplined, and trustworthy with a good sense of responsibility. Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Work Conditions:Duty hours: As per company requirement (extended or flexible hours as needed). Workdays: Monday to Saturday (Sundays / holidays as per need). Location: Based at Company Office / Residence of Assigned Superior.
