We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Captain/Supervisor to lead our team and ensure an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead and motivate the service team to maintain high standards.
Greet and assist guests, ensuring an excellent dining experience.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely service.
Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant ambiance.
Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and ensure proper stock of supplies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a restaurant, preferably Indian cuisine.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
