Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain at Hotel Kohinoor Palace, situated in Ludhiana. The Captain will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and coordinate with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, training staff, managing customer needs, and ensuring adherence to operational standards.
