As a Food & Beverage Captain, your role is crucial in the hospitality industry, specifically in restaurants, hotels, and other dining establishments. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the food and beverage service. You will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include supervising, training, and motivating the waitstaff to provide excellent customer service. You will assign tasks, conduct staff meetings, and coordinate with the kitchen for timely food preparation and delivery.
