Key Responsibilities

Guest Service & Floor Control

• Conduct pre-shift briefings; allocate stations and side duties.
• Greet, seat, and engage guests; handle special requests, allergies, and complaints with quick recovery.
• Ensure accurate order taking, course sequencing, and timely service; coordinate with kitchen/bar.
• Drive suggestive selling and upselling (beverages, signature dishes, desserts).
• Monitor table turns, reservation flow, and waitlist management.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise and coach Waiters/Stewards on service standards, menu knowledge, and grooming.
• Conduct on-job training; maintain training logs and buddy system for new joiners.
• Enforce discipline, attendance, and punctuality on the floor.

Operations & Compliance

• Ensure mise-en-place, table setups, linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware readiness.
• Verify KOT/BOT accuracy; minimize voids and bill corrections.
• Oversee cash-out, bill settlement, discounts, and promotions as per SOP.
• Maintain opening/closing checklists and daily handover reports.
• Ensure FSSAI hygiene standards (FoSTaC), basic HACCP practices, and personal hygiene.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security for maintenance and safety.
• Maintain par levels for condiments, stationery, and operating equipment; raise indents.
• Support banquet operations (briefings, buffet supervision, billing) as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
