Applied Technology & Operations for Markets (ATOM) is a multi-client processing on-demand service platform. A trade processing service for the trading and treasury entities of our clients that they can plug onto – in parts or entirely – while focusing their efforts on what differentiates them on the market. ATOM BPaaS leverages cloud hosted architectures to deliver high quality run and change services. It integrates infrastructure and IT management services with business processes execution supported by an orchestrated layer of intelligent operations assets. You will be working as a part of Investment Banking team which specializes primarily in selling securities and underwriting the issuance of new equity shares to raise capital funds. They act as intermediaries between security issuers and investors and help new firms to public. Define and deliver asset data management solutions, to capture, validate and improve plant, equipment, bill of material and maintenance plan data and install base management. What are we looking for? Agility for quick learningProblem-solving skillsProcess-orientationWritten and verbal communicationStrong analytical skills Roles and Responsibilities:In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Any Graduation,Master of Business Administration,Post Graduate Programme in Management Studies
