Capital Market Associate

As a member of the Capital Markets Advisory team at PWC in Chennai, your role will involve conducting diagnostic studies for potential IPO aspirants, including companies seeking private funding. You will also participate in project management activities to oversee the IPO timetable on behalf of the client. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and processes of the company to identify gaps in policies, SOPs, closing time table, controls, and ERP systems. - Evaluate the information system readiness of the company. - Assess the adequacy of the ERP systems used across different functions within the organization. - Review and enhance the compliance checklist of the client to ensure regulatory requirements are met. - Analyze the risk profile of the company from an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) perspective. - Identify opportunities for operational improvement, revenue growth, and cost optimization. Project Management: - Serve as a liaison between the client team and IPO consultants to ensure adherence to the timetable. - Collect and validate data provided by the client before passing it on to the consultants. - Act as the primary point of contact for consultants" needs from the client in an IPO War room. Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in capital markets advisory or related field.,
