Role Overview: You will work in the Capital Markets Advisory team of PWC, focusing on conducting diagnostic studies for potential IPO aspirants and assisting companies in private funding processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in project management by managing the IPO timetable on behalf of the client. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements and processes of companies to identify gaps from policies, SOPs, closing timetable, controls, and ERP systems. - Evaluate the information system readiness of the company. - Assess the adequacy of the ERP system used across different functions within the organization. - Review and enhance the compliance checklist of clients to ensure regulatory adherence. - Analyze the risk profile of the company from an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) perspective. - Identify opportunities for operational enhancement, revenue growth, and cost optimization. Project Management: - Act as a liaison between the client team and IPO consultants to ensure adherence to the timetable. - Collect and verify data provided by the client before passing it on to consultants. - Serve as the primary point of contact for consultant requirements in an IPO War room setting.
