About the Role: The Capability Manager will be responsible for designing and executing Learning & Development (L&D) strategies with a strong focus on capability management, automation of training processes, quality assurance, and internal and external communications. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to building a legacy brand in Bangalore while ensuring a structured approach to training and career progression. Key Responsibilities: Training and Development Conceptualize and manage training programs tailored to different business functions. Conduct training needs analysis, skill matrix assessments, and competency mapping. Develop and implement training modules, ensuring compliance and effectiveness. Establish a structured training calendar and scheduling process. Perform training gap analysis and create solutions to bridge identified gaps. Develop assessment-linked certifications and career progression pathways. Oversee process automation for training management. Functional Expertise Development Operations Training Identify gaps in education modules for operations, including assessments, hospitality, and soft skills. Update and refine education modules for on-floor practical training. Collaborate with online and offline training partners to enhance learning experiences. Clinic Training Develop holistic education modules covering Ethos, Operation Management, and Service Delivery. Corporate Training Develop educational modules for TAM/POC/ACE teams. Identify suitable education partners for corporate training. Conduct workshops for leaders and senior teams. Retail Training Design onboarding, operational management, and delivery-focused training for retail teams. Franchise Training Create structured training for onboarding, operations, and delivery, ensuring functional synergy. Automation & Technology Enablement Implement automation for enterprise POC functions across service lines (Salon, Skincare, etc.). Develop POC analytics dashboards to track training effectiveness. Create assessment-driven, insight-based career growth paths for service delivery and corporate teams. Quality Assurance & Compliance Review and simplify audit methodologies for all functional areas. Establish system-generated parameters for audits. Develop and disseminate audit methodology and schedules. Academy Development & Branding Define a structured process framework for standard ways of working. Introduce industry best practices from growth, operations, and marketing perspectives. Build partnerships with corporate entities and educational institutions to enhance the academys brand. Develop an academy strategy document covering courses, business utilization, clientele, and team hiring. Deliver soft skills training for students and existing team members. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in L&D, capability management, and training automation. Strong understanding of skill matrix development, competency mapping, and career progression strategies. Expertise in process automation and leveraging technology for training management. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to implement quality assurance measures and training compliance frameworks. Experience in designing and executing corporate training strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related fields. Experience working in service industries like Retail, Hospitality, or Healthcare. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training platforms. Why Join Us?
