Role Overview

We are looking for a Candidate Servicing Executive who will be responsible for end-to-end coordination with selected candidates, from offer release to final joining. The role requires continuous follow-ups, relationship building, and proactive problem-solving to ensure maximum offer-to-joining conversion.

This role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive communicators, organized, and good at handling people over calls and messages.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with selected/shortlisted candidates post-offer

Ensure candidates clearly understand offer details, joining date, and documentation requirements

Conduct regular follow-up calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails to ensure commitment

Address candidate queries related to role, salary, joining formalities, and location

Track candidate status (offered, accepted, on-hold, joined, dropped)

Minimize no-shows, dropouts, and last-minute declines

Coordinate with internal recruitment and client teams for joining confirmations

Share daily/weekly joining status reports

Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates quickly

Excellent follow-up and coordination skills

Calm and solution-oriented approach while handling objections

Good time management and multitasking abilities

Comfortable working on targets and joining numbers

Basic knowledge of recruitment/staffing processes

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline

0–3 years of experience in candidate coordination, recruitment support, or HR operations

Experience in staffing agencies or bulk hiring will be an advantage

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Offer-to-joining ratio

Number of successful candidate joinings

Dropout and no-show reduction

Timely reporting and documentation closure
