About Position

Business Analyst in BAG practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling and Forecasting
• Build financial and valuation models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
• Analyze financial performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business health, identify areas for improvement and benchmark with regional and global peers
• Provide insights and recommendations to the project team to support financial planning and strategic decision-making

Market Research and Competitive Analysis

• Conduct comprehensive market research to assess industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities
• Research and analyze competitors' strategies, products, and market positioning to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for differentiation
• Create findings into meaningful recommendations to guide clients in strategic decision-making and share it with the team

Data Collection and Analysis

• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from various sources, including financial reports, market research, and internal systems
• Conduct thorough data interpretation and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to extract actionable insights

Team Collaboration and Client Engagement

• Collaborate with the internal team to prepare proposals, presentations, and other materials for client meetings and pitches
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand client needs, gather requirements, and present capabilities and solutions
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and present findings and recommendations

Qualification:

• MBA from a premier institute/ CFA (USA)/ CA (ICAI)/FRM

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools

• FRM certification is preferred
