Candidate Experience Coordinator, Contract

As a Recruiting Coordinator at MongoDB, you will play a crucial role in facilitating a seamless and inspiring interview experience for candidates. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with a team of Recruiters to schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews - Owning the candidate experience by ensuring timely communication throughout the interview process - Utilizing our Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) to move candidates through the interview process and providing guidance to candidates - Arranging travel and accommodation for out-of-town candidates - Greeting candidates, making them feel welcome, and ensuring on-site interviews run smoothly - Assisting with operational responsibilities like job requisition creation, offer letter generation, and background checks - Supporting the Recruiting team with projects on an ad-hoc basis To excel in this role, you should possess: - Outstanding organizational skills and superb attention to detail - At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator, admin, or intern - Experience in scheduling interviews and/or calendaring - Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Creativity and a process-driven mindset to enhance efficiency - Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building relationships - Knowledge about MongoDB and a desire to be part of the innovative work happening here - Previous experience in a Candidate Experience/Recruiting Coordinator role is advantageous - Flexibility to attend to urgent candidate matters outside of regular working hours At MongoDB, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching culture for our employees.
