Candidate Experience Coordinator, Contract

Role Overview: MongoDB, a leading developer data platform, is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in interview scheduling while also having the opportunity to collaborate on projects with the Recruiting Team. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Recruiters to schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews - Own the candidate experience by providing timely communication throughout the interview process - Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to manage candidate progression and offer support to candidates during their interviews - Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for candidates from out of town - Welcome candidates, ensure a smooth on-site interview experience, and assist with operational tasks such as job requisition creation and offer letter generation - Support the Recruiting team on various projects as needed Qualifications Required: - Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator, admin, or intern - Proficiency in scheduling interviews and managing calendars - Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple team members simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to enhancing operational efficiency - Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building - Familiarity with MongoDB and a genuine interest in the company's innovative work - Previous experience in a Candidate Experience/Recruiting Coordinator role is advantageous - Flexibility to address urgent candidate matters outside of regular working hours Additional Details: MongoDB is dedicated to fostering a supportive and inclusive culture that prioritizes the personal growth and well-being of its employees.
