Role & responsibilities:

• Route inbound calls by following the established call routing matrix.
• Liaise between the owner of the call or email and the appropriate stakeholder.
• Handle escalations and complaints professionally with compassion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with balanced rate of speech and enunciation.
• Handle email inquiries and voice messages.
• Be a team player, be empathetic and patient.
• Maintain trackers and other MIS reports.
• Ability to handle 50 - 60 inbound calls in a day.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to learn and retain information.
